Usage
The kit includes two polymer enzyme conjugates: HRP polymer anti-Rabbit IgG and AP polymer anti-Rabbit IgG. These conjugates are accompanied by two distinct substrates/chromogens: DAB (brown color, used with HRP polymer anti-Rabbit IgG) and Fast Red (red color, used with AP polymer anti-Rabbit IgG). The kit utilizes a non-biotin system to prevent non-specific binding of endogenous biotin.
