Adipose Tissue Morphology Imaging Services
Adipose tissue consists of many types of adipocytes, adipocyte precursors, immune cells, fibroblasts, blood vessels and neural protrusions. Conventional immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence methods have some limitations. For example, only small portions of tissue can be captured, making it difficult to assess the important filamentous structures (e.g., sympathetic nerves and the vascular system) in adipose tissue. In addition, due to the unique amorphous morphological characteristics of adipose tissue, it is difficult to require the three-dimensional structure of adipose tissue only based on section staining.

Services Overview
CD BioSciences provides adipose tissue morphology imaging analysis services with the advantages of fast speed, high contrast, low phototoxicity and low photobleaching. We have experience in tissue clearing, tissue immunofluorescence staining and imaging, and offer efficient tissue clearing kits to improve sample processing efficiency.
Adipose Tissue 3D Imaging Morphology Analysis Services
CD BioSciences provides advanced adipose tissue 3D morphology imaging analysis services to our clients. Utilizing 3D imaging technology, we are able to fully demonstrate the structure and characteristics of adipose tissue and provide high resolution images.
Adipose tissue transparency technology services
CD BioSciences offers adipose tissue transparency technology, through which we can image the entire adipose tissue to obtain an integrated view that provides insight into the relationship between different cell types and physiological challenges. Our services include the following:
Lipid removal to maintain tissue integrity
We utilize adipose tissue transparency technology to remove lipids while maintaining the integrity of the adipose tissue, eliminating the interference of lipids with imaging and making cell and tissue structures more visible.
Imaging of multiple molecular markers
We have access to fluorescence microscopy for simultaneous imaging of multiple molecular markers in adipose tissue to observe and analyze the distribution and interactions of different cell types in adipose tissue.
Morphologic imaging analysis of subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue
CD BioSciences utilizes tissue transparency technology to help clients obtain high-resolution images to study morphological differences between subcutaneous and visceral adipose tissue. These morphological differences can help researchers study the relationship between regional obesity and adipose tissue development.
Non-invasive morphologic analysis of adipose tissue
Non-invasive adipose tissue morphology imaging analysis is a method that does not require excision or processing of tissue samples. We have access to highly sensitive imaging equipment and appropriate fluorescent filters to enhance signal and imaging quality for detailed analysis of adipose tissue morphology. Typically, we utilize the adipose tissue's autofluorescent properties to capture and record these autofluorescent signals to help our clients visualize the structure of individual adipocytes and tissues.

Adipose tissue nerve imaging analysis services
Imaging and 3D reconstruction analysis of nerves in adipose tissue using TH markers, which can selectively label neurons and make them visible in the imaging.
- Help clients observe and analyze the distribution, connectivity, and morphological features of neurons in adipose tissue.
- Learn about the mechanisms of neuromodulation in adipose tissue.
Adipose tissue vascular imaging services
Imaging of large blood vessels in adipose tissue using SM22 marker, a vascular smooth muscle marker that selectively labels vascular structures in adipose tissue.
- Help clients observe and analyze the distribution, density and morphological characteristics of blood vessels in adipose tissue.
- Learn about the blood supply of adipose tissue and the function of the vascular system.
