Description:The microarray focuses on anal area (anal canal/perianal) carcinoma with rectum tissue, including 5 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of cloacogenic carcinoma, 14 cases of adenocarcinoma, 2 cases of inflammation, 4 cases each of adjacent normal rectum and rectum tissue. The carcinoma cases have duplicate cores, while the rectum tissue cases have a single core.
