Blood Flow Imaging Analysis Services
Services Overview
CD BioSciences uses high-resolution in vivo laser blood flow imaging technology to provide clients with effective blood flow monitoring and blood flow imaging analysis services. We can help clients obtain blood flow velocity, oxyhemoglobin concentration, deoxygenated hemoglobin concentration, oxygen metabolic rate, blood perfusion value, blood vessel shape, blood vessel density, blood vessel angle and other hemodynamic parameters at the same time.

Blood Flow Imaging Analysis Services
Establishment of photochemically induced vascular thrombus model in mouse cerebral cortex
CD BioSciences can model mouse cortical vascular thrombus by injecting a photosensitizer (e.g., Bengal red) into the cerebral cortex of mice, and using laser irradiation of the cerebral cortex to activate the photosensitizer, which triggers a photochemical reaction within the blood vessel, leading to the formation of a blood clot.
- This modeling method is capable of generating vascular embolisms at specific times and locations, simulating diseases such as stroke.
- Through our established model, researchers can explore the effects of thrombosis and vascular obstruction on neurological function and develop new therapeutic approaches or drugs.
Rat skin window model blood flow imaging analysis services
Rat skin window model blood flow imaging analysis is a technique used to study blood flow in the skin, which allows direct observation and recording of blood flow in the skin's microvessels by creating a transparent window in the animal's skin.
We provide non-invasive methods to assess changes in skin blood flow, which help researchers to study the physiological and pathological processes of skin blood flow, such as inflammatory responses, wound healing, and vascular diseases.
Mouse paw blood flow imaging analysis services
We can quantitatively analyze the red blood cell movement rate and blood flow in the blood vessels of mouse paws to study circulatory diseases, drug effects, and so on.
Rat mesenteric blood flow imaging analysis services
Mesenteric membrane is an ideal location to study organ microcirculation and has important physiological significance.
- We use in vivo laser blood flow imaging technology to measure the speed and orientation of mesenteric blood flow in real time and perform accurate quantitative analysis.
- Help customers to assess the blood supply of the intestine, observe the changes of hemodynamic parameters, explore the blood flow abnormalities associated with intestinal diseases (such as inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal obstruction), provide powerful support for the study of the pathogenesis of the disease and drug screening.

Renal blood flow imaging analysis services
Renal is one of the most critical blood supply organs in the body, and its blood flow is crucial for maintaining normal renal function. We provide our clients with reliable renal blood flow imaging analysis service by utilizing laser speckle contrast imaging system.
This non-invasive technique reduces the risk of renal injury and allows real-time observation and quantification of renal hemodynamic parameters such as blood flow velocity and vessel diameter.
Rat spinal cord blood flow analysis services
We provide spinal cord blood flow imaging analysis service for our clients, which records the complete process from ischemia to reperfusion after spinal cord injury in rats by using the laser speckle contrast imaging system.
This service can help researchers gain a deeper understanding of the causes and mechanisms of spinal cord injury and provide accurate data support.
CD BioSciences has a professional team and advanced imaging equipment. The whole process of blood flow imaging analysis services is operated by experienced technicians to ensure the accuracy of the experiment. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact us.
