Marketing & Sales Managers
Basic Qualifications
- Ph.D. in cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, imaging or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a selling role with a proven, successful track record of direct selling in a sales/business development role in life sciences.
Key Responsibilities
- Continually establish and cultivate new business relationships establish and preserve successful relationships with current customers for continued sales growth.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of imaging service of CD BioSciences.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills and empowerment capacity to inspire and ignite others to develop their abilities.
- Collaborate across departments in the preparation/delivery of marketing materials, proposals, and service information.

Scientist
Basic Qualifications
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in medical/biological sciences.
- Familiar with the operation of laboratory imaging instruments and able to maintain laboratory instruments.
- 3+ years of research experience is required in the field of cell assays and imaging analysis.
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment and knowledge of lab safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality laboratory support to the research team of CD BioSciences.
- Familiar with aseptic practices, basic cell culture skill and imaging technology.
- Ability to quickly keep up and independently seek out new imaging solutions.
- Data reporting, management and interpret complex scientific data.
- Develop organization skills, presentation skills and attention to detail, interact with senior staff members as necessary.

Research Associate
Basic Qualifications
- PhD in biology or any related scientific discipline.
- 1+ years' experience and working knowledge of high-content imaging or confocal microscopy, including image analysis.
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment and knowledge of lab safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be able to express subject information in a clear and organized manner.
- Prepare and handle imaging samples (animal tissues, mammalian cell lines, etc.).
- Perform imaging flow cytometry experiments, cell biology experiments, and/or other experiments, as projects require.
- Analyze results and maintain clear and accurate documentations following requirements.
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.

Service Support Specialist
Basic Qualifications
- Master's degree in biology-related fields like biotechnology, molecular biology, imaging analysis, are required.
- Familiar with the operation of laboratory imaging instruments and related procedures of imaging analysis services.
Key Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate status of projects clearly and concisely in verbal and written formats.
- Knowledge and experience with lab instruments.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Analyze customer requirements and needs turning them into proposals.
- Manage and quickly adapt priorities to changing needs, either for the business or customers.
- Work independently to drive completion of commitments and priorities.
