Description:A total of 6 types of tumors were identified in the digestive system, with 10 cases for each type. Similar to the previous study, these tumors were compared to normal adjacent tissue. The tumor types included esophagus squamous cell carcinoma, gastric adenocarcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, rectum adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and pancreas adenocarcinoma. Additionally, 6 types of normal tissue were analyzed, with 2-5 cases for each type, obtained from 7 cases. The analyzed normal tissues included the esophagus, stomach, colon, rectum, liver, and pancreas.
