Description:A tissue microarray focused on gastrointestinal (GI) carcinomas, including the esophagus, stomach, liver, small intestine, colon, and rectum. It contains 7 cases each of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma, stomach adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and colon adenocarcinoma, as well as 5 cases each of malignant stromal tumor and rectum adenocarcinoma. Additionally, there are 2 cases each of esophagus, stomach, liver, and colon normal tissue, and 1 case each of small intestine and rectum normal tissue. Each case has duplicated cores.
