Description:This tissue microarray contains samples of hepatocellular carcinoma, liver clear cell carcinoma, hepatocholangiocarcinoma, liver metastatic adenocarcinoma, liver leiomyosarcoma, normal liver tissue, hepatocellular edema, hepatitis, hepatic cirrhosis, and liver cavernous hemangioma. There are 25 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, 3 cases of liver clear cell carcinoma, 4 cases of hepatocholangiocarcinoma, 3 cases of liver metastatic adenocarcinoma, 1 case of liver leiomyosarcoma, 3 cases of normal liver tissue, 2 cases of hepatocellular edema, 3 cases each of hepatitis and hepatic cirrhosis, and 1 case of liver cavernous hemangioma. Each case has duplicate cores.
