Description:A high-density microarray of multiple lymphoma and lymph node tissues is available, which contains 294 cases of lymphoma. These cases include 7 cases of small B lymphocytic lymphoma, 77 cases of diffuse B-cell lymphoma, 96 cases of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), 3 cases of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), 20 cases of follicular lymphoma of the groin (FL), 3 cases of lymphoplasmacytic cell lymphoma (LPL), 1 case of Burkitt lymphoma of the neck (BL), 29 cases of T-cell lymphoma, 8 cases of angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma of the groin (AITL), 1 case of angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathic lymphoma, 13 cases of anaplastic large cell lymphoma of the left groin (ALCL), 5 cases of lymphoepithelioid cellular lymphoma of the left neck (Lennert lymphoma), 31 cases of Hodgkin's lymphoma, 7 cases of adjacent normal lymph node tissue. Each case of lymphoma in the microarray has duplicate cores, while each case of lymph node tissue has a single core.
