Description:A high-density microarray of ovarian carcinoma and normal tissue comprises 280 cases of ovarian adenocarcinoma, 13 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 1 case of transitional cell carcinoma, 20 cases of adjacent normal tissue, and 8 cases of normal tissue. There are duplicate cores per case for cancer and a single core per case for adjacent normal and normal tissue.
