Description:A tissue microarray for studying lung carcinoma and normal tissue has been constructed. It contains a total of 50 cases, including 15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 11 cases of adenocarcinoma, 11 cases of bronchioloalveolar carcinoma, 11 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, 1 case of atypical carcinoid, 5 cases of small cell carcinoma, 2 cases of large cell carcinoma, 2 cases of neuroendocrine carcinoma, 2 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, and 3 cases of normal lung tissue. Each case is represented by a single core on the microarray.
Core Type:Inflammation, Malignant tumor, Malignant tumor (stage I), Malignant tumor (stage IB), Malignant tumor (stage II), Malignant tumor (stage IIB), Malignant tumor (stage IIIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIIB), Normal tissue
