Description:A microarray of lung carcinoma and normal lung tissue, consisting of 81 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 10 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma, 98 cases of adenocarcinoma, 15 cases of small cell undifferentiated carcinoma, and 1 case each of undifferentiated adenocarcinoma, signet-ring cell carcinoma, clear-cell carcinoma, and mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Additionally, there are 8 cases of normal tissue. Each case has a single core.
