Description:A tissue microarray was created using malignant melanoma samples along with skin tissue. It included 112 cases of malignant melanoma, 64 cases of metastatic malignant melanoma (4 of which matched with malignant melanoma), 8 cases of adjacent normal skin tissue, and 8 cases of skin tissue. Each block had a single core.
Core Type:Malignant tumor, Malignant tumor, Malignant tumor (stage IA), Malignant tumor (stage IB), Malignant tumor (stage IIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIB), Malignant tumor (stage IIC), Malignant tumor (stage III), Malignant tumor (stage IV), Metastasis, NAT, Normal tissue
Cores:192
Cases:188
Row Number:12
Column Number:16
Core Diameter (mm):1
Thickness (µm):5
Tissue Array Type:FFPE
Applications:IHC, ISH and other routine histology procedures
Pre-use Instructions:To ensure tissue integrity during antigen retrieval, it is necessary to bake unbaked slides for 30 to 120 minutes at 60°C before deparaffinizing in xylene.
