Description:A tissue microarray was created using samples of normal tissues from multiple organs, as well as cancer tissues. It included normal lung, prostate, breast, adrenal gland, colon, cerebrum, heart, uterus, and bone marrow tissues (5 each). There were also 10 cases each of kidney clear cell carcinoma, colon adenocarcinoma, endometrial adenocarcinoma, and invasive ductal carcinoma. Additionally, there were 3 cell lines. Each block had a single core.
Core Type:Malignant tumor (stage I), Malignant tumor (stage IA), Malignant tumor (stage IB), Malignant tumor (stage IC), Malignant tumor (stage II), Malignant tumor (stage IIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIB), Malignant tumor (stage IIIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIIB), Malignant tumor (stage IVA), NAT, Normal tissue
