Description:A tissue microarray was created using tumors from 7 types of organs: esophagus, stomach, colon, liver, lung, breast, and kidney. Each organ had 5-6 cases, and each case had 2 cores. Additionally, there were adjacent normal tissues from the same 7 types of organs, with 1 core per case. The microarray included pathology grades 1, 2, and 3, and TNM scores were available.
Core Type:Malignant tumor (stage I), Malignant tumor (stage IA), Malignant tumor (stage IB), Malignant tumor (stage II), Malignant tumor (stage IIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIB), Malignant tumor (stage IIIA), Malignant tumor (stage IIIB), NAT
