Description:A tissue microarray was created using multiple types of skin tumor samples along with matched tumor adjacent tissue samples. It included 42 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 14 cases of basal cell carcinoma, 12 cases of skin malignant melanoma, 1 case each of skin sweat gland carcinoma and trichoepithelioma, and 10 cases of tumor adjacent skin tissue. Each case had a single core.
