Introduction:Nuclear Blue counterstainer provides a nuclear blue counterstain for Immunocytochemical, Immunohistochemical and CISH procedures using manual or open automated systems. It is an acidic stain that will adhere to any protein with basic characteristics and yields a contrasting color from that of the chromogen in an immunohistochemical reaction. Nuclear Blue counterstainer also allows for more distinct viewing of the morphological characteristics of cells or tissue sections and is suitable for use manually or with open autostainers.

Presentation:Nuclear Blue counterstainer is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains hematoxylin dye, a buffer solution, detergents and a non-sodium azide anti-microbial.
