Description:This tissue microarray consists of 110 cases of serous papillary adenocarcinoma of the ovary, 17 cases of serous adenocarcinoma, 12 cases of adenocarcinoma, 25 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma, 1 case of mucinous papillary adenocarcinoma, 8 cases of endometrioid adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 8 cases of endodermal sinus carcinoma, 2 cases of transitional cell carcinoma, 1 case of immature teratoma, 6 cases of malignant transformation of teratoma, 1 case of squamous cell carcinoma, 6 cases of disgerminoma, 4 cases of granular cell tumor, 1 case each of embryonal carcinoma and strumal carcinoid, and 2 cases of borderline serous papillary adenocarcinoma. Additionally, there are 8 cases of adjacent normal ovary tissue surrounding the cancerous tissue, with a single core per case.
