Description:A microarray of ovarian carcinoma with adjacent normal ovary tissue contains 40 cases of serous carcinoma, 2 cases each of mucinous adenocarcinoma and granular cell tumor, 6 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 1 case each of malignant theca cell tumor and squamous cell carcinoma, 5 cases of dysgerminoma, 3 cases of endodermal sinus carcinoma, 10 cases of metastatic adenocarcinoma, and 10 cases of adjacent normal ovary tissue. There is a single core per case.
