Description:A tissue microarray was created using pediatric malignant tumor samples, along with normal tissue samples. It included cases of nephroblastoma, neuroblastoma, endodermal sinus carcinoma, retinoblastoma, hepatoblastoma, medulloblastoma, lymphoma, choroid plexus papilloma, glioblastoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, ependymoma, primitive neuroectodermal tumor, alveolus rhabdomyosarcoma, immaturity teratoma, and leiomyosarcoma. Additionally, there were 7 cases of normal tissue. Each case was represented by a single core.
