Description:The rectal carcinoma tissue microarray contains 29 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 1 case of carcinoid, 10 cases each of metastatic carcinoma and adenoma, 3 cases of polyp, 13 cases of hyperplasia, 20 cases of inflammation, 10adjacent normal tissue, and 5 samples of normal tissue. Each case in the microarray has duplicated cores.
