Introduction:Retriever 20X with EDTA is intended to be used with heat-induced epitope or nucleic acid retrieval procedures for Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry (ICC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and in situ hybridization (ISH) of nucleic acids (both CISH or FISH). Retriever 20X with EDTA may be used whenever immuno or nucleic acid staining are performed on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded tissue sections. This product can be used with any antigen or nucleic acid. Using this product encourages standardization of the pretreatment procedure, thereby producing more consistent, more reliable results.

Presentation:Retriever 20X with EDTA contains an EDTA Buffer solution, detergents and stabilizers. Retriever 20X with EDTA is provided in liquid form.
