Description:A tissue microarray was created using skin tumor samples along with skin tissue. It included 2 cases of malignant melanoma, 1 case each of squamous cell carcinoma and basal cell carcinoma, and 2 cases of skin tissue. Each case had quadruple cores, divided into 2 identical 12 core arrays for testing different antibody dilutions.
