Spleen Imaging Services

Spleen Imaging Services

Services Overview

Spleen is the largest lymphoid organ in the human body and has functions such as blood storage, hematopoiesis, removal of senescent red blood cells and immune response. Spleen imaging can be used to study the location and function of the spleen and its surrounding structures. CD BioSciences utilizes advanced imaging technology to provide clients with the construction and evaluation of spleen animal disease models, as well as real-time long-term spleen imaging services. Our spleen imaging services can help clients track the development and metastasis of tumor cells, study the distribution and function of immune cells and evaluate the metabolism and effectiveness of drugs in the spleen.

Spleen Imaging Services

Spleen metastasis animal disease model

CD BioSciences provides clients with imaging analysis services for spleen metastasis animal disease models. Our services mainly include:

Spleen metastasis animal disease model establishment

Surgical inoculation of tumor cells in the spleen of nude mice to establish a spleen inoculation metastasis model.

Evaluation of metastatic ability

  • Evaluate the metastatic ability of cells by observing tumor formation in nude mice.
  • This disease model is also suitable for detecting the liver metastatic ability of tumor cells.

In vivo imaging analysis

Use small animal in vivo imaging instruments to observe the occurrence and development of metastatic foci in animals in real time.

In vivo optical imaging analysis services

CD BioSciences provides real-time long-term spleen imaging services utilizing animal in vivo optical imaging technology. Our services are suitable for multiple research fields (including cancer, inflammation, immune diseases, neurological diseases, cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, and new drug discovery). Animal in vivo optical imaging consists of the following two main technologies:

Bioluminescence technology services

Bioluminescence technology involves labeling a receptor cell or DNA with a luciferase gene and using the protease it produces to react biochemically with the appropriate substrate to generate a light signal in the organism.

  • Label cancer cells in animal models and track the spread and growth of cancer cells in the spleen in real time to study the process of tumor development and metastasis.
  • Label specific immune cells and observe the migration and localization of immune cells in the spleen to study the dynamic distribution and function of immune cells.
  • Label inflammation-related biomolecules (e.g. inflammatory markers, cytokines) and monitor the development and changes of inflammatory processes in the spleen in real time.

Fluorescence technology services

Fluorescence technology uses fluorescent reporter genes (GFP, RFP) or fluorescent dyes for labeling, using the reporter genes to produce fluorescent proteins or fluorescence produced by the dyes to create a light source in the organism.

  • Use fluorescent reporter gene labeling and tracking gene expression to study the function and mechanism of specific genes in the spleen.
  • Label the drug and observe the distribution and metabolism in the spleen to assess the mechanism of action and efficacy of the drug.

CD BioSciences has a professional team and advanced imaging equipment. The whole process of spleen imaging analysis is operated by experienced technicians to ensure the accuracy of the experiment.
