Description:The microarray represents stomach carcinoma with matched stomach tissue. It includes 65 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of signet-ring cell carcinoma, 2 cases of neuroendocrine carcinoma, and matched adjacent normal stomach tissue or cancer adjacent tissue. Additionally, there are 5 cases of metastatic carcinoma, with 4 of them matched with stomach carcinoma. Each case has a single core per block in the microarray.
