Tumor Tissue Morphology Imaging Services
Services Overview
CD BioSciences provides clients with tumor tissue morphology imaging analysis services using tissue clearing technology and microscopic imaging to quantitatively analyze the data and accurately assess the characteristics and properties of tumors. We use imaging equipment such as light microscopes and tissue section scanners to obtain high-quality images of tumor tissues for our clients, which helps clients to obtain cell-level resolution and microscopic features such as nuclei, cell morphology and tissue structure.

Tumor Tissue Morphology Imaging Services
Tumor tissue 3D imaging analysis services
CD BioSciences provides our clients with tumor tissue morphology imaging analysis services using advanced tissue clearing technology and light sheet microscopy imaging. We are able to characterize intact tumor samples with 3D imaging and perform quantitative analysis of the data to more accurately assess the characteristics and nature of the tumor. Our services mainly include:
Tumor structural analysis
CD BioSciences can perform tumor genesis and progression analysis from tumor models such as cell transformation and cytoskeleton. In addition, we help our clients to observe and quantify tumor structures in three dimensions to gain insight into the histological characteristics and spatial distribution of tumors.
Tumor cell morphology characterization
We can obtain high-resolution 3D images by scanning and image reconstruction of tumor samples. We help clients observe and analyze the following morphological features of tumor cells, including:
- Tumor cell shape/size
- Tumor cell arrangement
- Tumor cell interaction with surrounding tissues
Vascular system study
CD BioSciences' 3D imaging analysis service for tumor tissues enables the evaluation of the vascular system in tumors, providing clients with important information about tumor vasculogenesis. Our service can:
- Provide high-resolution tumor tissue images and quantitative analysis reports.
- Demonstrate the structure of the vascular network in a tumor and quantify parameters such as the number, density, length and diameter of vessels, thereby assessing the extent of angiogenesis in the tumor.
- Evaluate the vascular system in tumors to help clients understand the angiogenic capacity of tumors and assess the effectiveness of drug therapy.

High-throughput tumor tissue morphology imaging analysis services
CD BioSciences provides tumor tissue morphology analysis services using automated immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining technology platforms to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of drugs. Our services include:
- Characterizing tumor tissue morphology, identifying subcellular structures, classifying tissues, and analyzing spatial distribution and proximity using high magnification fluorescence microscopy and multiplexed immunohistochemistry.
- Accurately locate targets in tumor tissues to provide guidance for drug development and clinical application.
- Utilize the histopathology platform to validate drug therapeutic efficacy through histomorphology, increasing the likelihood of preclinical and clinical success for drugs.
- Using CD4 and CD8 double staining, label and visualize CD4-positive and CD8-positive T cells in tumor tissues, and perform quantitative analysis to assess the relative proportions of different types of T cells and the degree of infiltration in tumor tissues.
CD BioSciences has a professional team and advanced imaging equipment. The whole process of tumor tissue morphology imaging services is operated by experienced technicians to ensure the accuracy of the experiment. If you have any needs, please feel free to contact us.
