Virus-Host Cell Interactions Imaging Services
Viruses as an intracellular parasite whose life activities are closely related to host cells. Virus-host cell interactions are an essential part of the life cycle of any virus, as all viruses reproduce within the host cell. Visual analysis of virus-host cell interactions not only helps researchers to understand the mechanisms by which viruses infect cells and cause disease, but also provides important targets for the development of antiviral drugs.

Virus-Host Cell Interactions Imaging Analysis
The diameter of many virus particles is usually between tens to hundreds of nanometers smaller than the wavelength of visible light, and traditional optical microscopes are limited by the diffraction limit and cannot directly observe them. In recent years, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) has been used for imaging analysis of virus particles. However, sample preparation for TEM is laborious, which limits its application in the field of virology. Compared to other imaging methods, imaging flow cytometry and confocal immunofluorescence microscopy are practical and rapid visualization methods for studying virus-host cell interactions.
CD BioSciences has been committed to the development of fluorescent dyes and imaging technology for many years. We can use imaging flow cytometry and confocal immunofluorescence microscopy to study virus-host cell interactions to understand the mechanism of virus infection of host cells and to find new targets for antiviral drugs.
