Introduction:The xylene-based mounting media is designed for the preservation of immunohistochemical and CISH stainings. Xylene-based Mounting Media is ideally suited for mounting cells or tissue sections immunostained using horseradish peroxidase, alkaline phosphatase, or other suitable enzymes and their substrate-chromogens such as DAB, Alk-Blue, and others.
Components:Xylene-based Mounting Media is provided in liquid form ready-to-use. It contains a buffer solution, reagents, and a sodium azide anti-microbial.
